Pick a part of my brain

If you love something, set it free.
If it comes back to you, it's yours.
If it doesn't, it never was.
We do not possess anything in this world,
least of all other people.
We only imagine that we do.
Our friends, our lovers, our spouses, even our
children are not ours; they belong only to themselves.
Possessive and controlling friendships and
relationships can be as harmful as neglect.
- Allison Willcocks

Sometimes something can be completely amazing, it makes you yearn for more, it makes you feel as if you can't live without it. But you shouldn't ever need something/someone to complete you. You as a whole, should already be complete. If your dependency on others is for happiness, then you will never make yourself happy on your own. I feel really restless. I know that I wanted someone to make me happy or feel happy, because it's nice when someone goes out on their way just to see you smile. But I should already have enough reasons to smile for the rest of my life, and those reasons involve those who never gave up on me, who would love to see me smile, who do go out on their way just to see me happy, those who support me and is happy when I'm happy. They are the reason I should always keep smiling. Because without them, I wouldn't know how capable I am on my own, as a person, as an individual. Without them, I wouldn't have realized there is more to the world and I can do so much more with myself that benefit others.

No matter how much your heart breaks, or who broke it, in the end it's you who chooses for it to heal or let it remain broken. Sometimes you just have to have faith in yourself that you're strong enough and you'll make it through =)
